Angelic Guidance: Meet your High Self

Purpose of Rapport with High Self

MONITOR:  We are pleased to share our viewpoints concerning the High Self.  The practical aspects for each one involved concern their ability to achieve rapport with their own High Self and then through their High Self, with the High Self of others.  It is through such means that humanity may ultimately achieve harmonious relationships or what is commonly called “Peace on Earth.”

We find that, in these times of stimulated change, most personalities have little awareness of their own High Self.  Therefore, most people will need to be motivated through personal circumstances, often of hardship, to seek spiritual connection which, in practical terms, will mean the connection of the Outer Self with the High Self of the personality.

What affects that connection?  First, the Outer Self often is limited by beliefs that it exists alone, isolated and separated by some type of gap from the Divine Consciousness which creates, sustains and manages the universe.  These beliefs may be described often as “maya,” “glamour” or “illusion.”  Such beliefs distract the Outer Self, making it feel frustrated at being unable to cross the gap and achieve connection with Divine Consciousness.

 

High Self as Responder to Prayer

From our perspective, we see this condition as one of the most serious impediments to human beings achieving connection with Higher Consciousness.  When disasters create a desire for asking assistance – when a human being calls to whomever is out there, “I need help!” – that type of motivation most often breaks the ice and allows the individual to make temporary connection with the High Self.

Most of the time, when people call upon God, the Creator of the Universe, for assistance, their request is handled by the High Self.  This does not short-circuit the individual’s connection with the Creator, yet the Creator has already established an intelligent, sensitive mechanism whereby needed assistance may be rendered to the individual.

Most of the prayers of humanity are responded to by individual High Selves.  Occasionally, Greater Beings in the scope of the Universe will also respond, yet the individual High Self remains closely concerned and focused upon the welfare and growth of the individual, and of the Collective Consciousness of Earth.

 

Discord among Subconscious Selves

The second significant factor, which must be encountered and overcome in the growth of a personality seeking connection with Higher Consciousness, involves discord among Subconscious Selves.  When an Outer Self seeks spiritual connection, the energy needed to establish and sustain that connection within the mind is often disturbed by competing, conflicting or alienated Subconscious Selves.  As a general rule, this situation encourages the Outer Self to seek greater knowledge of his/her own personality.  That knowledge is productively focused upon gaining awareness of their Subconscious Mind.

 

Bringing Harmony to Subconscious Selves

When the Subconscious Mind is explored, individuals find separate wills, sensibilities and values expressed by separate dynamic Selves.  As an individual Outer Self explores these separate Subconscious Selves and gains knowledge and friendship with each of them, they achieve a solid basis for bringing about harmony among them.

Subconscious Selves evolve through numerous lifetimes.  Their learning amounts to the growth of the personality.  When Subconscious Selves are discordant, the personality is unable to express the illumination of its Soul.  When the Subconscious Mind becomes harmonious, it allows Soul Illumination to pour into the chakra system and bodies of the personality, and through them, to all within their sphere of influence.

The achievement of Spiritual Mastery remains the principal goal of each personality.  Each Soul, who enters Earth and embodies in its lower planes of existence, accepts that goal. With each Soul’s participation in Earth experience, its illumination augments the illumination of all the other Souls involved.  Ultimately, their collective illumination provides a means for assisting the evolution of the devic and elemental beings who live in the lower planes.  Souls act as a means of illumination to uplift the capabilities and consciousness of elementals and devas, which when taken collectively, form the Body Consciousness of the Planetary Being.

When an Outer Self is able to actively seek Divine Connection and achieve Conscious Harmony, it will ultimately, through a series of carefully presented experiences, achieve Spiritual Mastery and Soul Illumination.  In these times, increasing numbers of individuals are focused on that goal and on the verge of achieving it.  They, and all present, will participate in what may be considered a spiritual initiation for the Planetary Being (Editor: the consciousness of the Earth as a whole planet and all the beings who live on and within it).

We have previously described the Planetary Being as an adolescent, filled with conflict, ignorance and distortion, yet essentially beautiful and radiating Life Essence.  Its spiritual initiation, which will take place over hundreds of human years, will produce a young adult among the Collective Consciousness of this solar system.  Humanity plays an essential role in this planetary transformation.  Each individual present plays an essential role in the upliftment of human consciousness.

Therefore, awareness of the High Self becomes quite practical in these times.  Each person will have opportunity either to voluntarily seek connection with their High Self or, through the press of circumstances, to seek its assistance.  The voluntary connection offers many wonderful benefits which might not be enjoyed by those who seek Divine Connection from the High Self primarily as a means of sustaining survival or safety.

 

Basic Selves as Bridges to High Self for intuitive guidance

The voluntary connection with the High Self may be achieved in a number of ways.  For most persons, it involves the evolution of either a Male Self or a Female Self to the point where that Self acts voluntarily as a bridge between the Outer Self and the High Self.  With the bridging action, the Outer Self receives intuitive guidance from the High Self.  The High Self manages the learning of lessons, the presentation of the karmic plan for each Self of the personality.

Intuitive guidance; serves most individuals upon the planet.  They experience it sporadically and without reliability.

 

Dialogue with High Self: A more reliable method of guidance

From our perspective, a better, more reliable approach has been needed, and thus we have played a role in introducing the concept of Self Integration, where an Outer Self may use several procedures to dialogue with their High Self.  They may learn a symbolic name for their High Self and thus be able to call upon it, perhaps in the image of a priest or teacher.  Through the use of human language in dialogue, the Outer Self feels most comfortable in gaining specific answers to its specific questions.  The dialogue approach, while involving more labor on the part of the Outer Self, offers the benefit of greater reliability and more focused guidance than is normally available through strictly intuitive guidance.

An Outer Self, who is able to conduct dialogues with the High Self, has the ability not only to help themselves, but many others.  We recommend this approach as having added value during times of stress from geological, climatic and social changes.

The High Self of most individuals may be regarded as an angel, an angel of high accomplishment.  This angel, who hovers over the head of each person in the tip of the crown chakra, has voluntarily left its home in the heart of the Sun, or the Solar Logos.  It has extended its awareness into the restricted reaches of the lower planes of Earth in order to assist Souls who have embodied to assist in the evolution of the Planetary Being of Earth.

 

High Self Serves All Kingdoms of Life

Each High Self serves the evolution of Life, not only within the human kingdom, but all kingdoms of Life.  They stimulate the growth of humanity to the point where humanity respects and cares for the devic and elemental kingdoms of Life.

The High Self of most individuals is a Solar Angel and thus, through its angelic being, is connected with all angels.  It is not restricted by the lower forms, the lower bodies of the human personality, yet respects those bodies and assists in their evolution.

The Solar Angel may be best described as having a body of Divine Fire.  No single flame of an angelic being is separated from the whole of the flame, and thus the Solar Angel has access to immense knowledge.  It is not limited in scope to the knowledge available within Earth or Earth’s solar system.

 

High Self’s Extent of Influence

The Solar Angel is quite focused in purpose, however.  It seeks the conditions which provide the greatest growth for the personality.

The Solar Angel is not limited to guiding one personality but often has as many as fifty to one hundred personalities under its care.  Its energy is inexhaustible, as is its patience.

Its perception extends through the causal plane, yet if it has need of information or energies from the buddhic and adic planes, those universal forces are available upon its call.  In this way, many healings and so-called miracles take place through the action of the High Self, the Solar Angel.

Solar Angels guide the evolution of Life in Earth because they are especially attuned to the evolution of the solar system, of which Earth is but one part.  The Life evolving in Earth involves a variety of kingdoms and species, all of which are aided by the High Self.

 

Group Discussion and Questions

Children and the High Self

DONNA: At what age children can understand the concept of the High Self?  And can they accept the name “angel” more readily than the term “High Self?”

MONITOR:  Children have an intuitive experience of the High Self even within the womb, which they carry with them as they encounter the external physical world.  They would not as babies understand the words but may understand the mental message given to them by a parent, or adult, asking them to rest as they sleep within the radiance of their High Self.

As they learn language, they respond well to the term “angel,” especially if their angel is associated with the Light at the top of their head.

That distinguishes the High Self as an angel, separate from other angels who move around and come and go.  The High Self does not move but remains patiently in place (i.e., it stays with the same personality—ed.).

 

Suffering

JULIE:          You’ve mentioned, in other channelings, that the High Self and Soul take in all of our human experiences as nurturing experiences even if, on the physical level, our experiences seem negative and painful.  If the High Self and Soul relate to our suffering, how do they know how to help us if they’ve never experienced suffering?  What happens?

MONITOR:  The High Self and Soul are beings in higher level forms within the causal plane.  They have the equivalent of stress, but not of the pain experienced in a physical body or psychologically experienced.

Their perception of the pain and suffering of a personality they sponsor is conveyed in a manner similar to this example.  When you, a physical human being, place your hand in hot water, your hand may experience pain and suffering.  That experience is conveyed by your nervous system to your brain, where you, the personality, experience it.  In a similar way, the pain and suffering of the personality is conveyed as a signal to the High Self and Soul, each of which processes the signal in different ways.

The Soul, when it is focused in a meditative state, tends to disregard such a signal.  The signal for it is not painful but does represent a stress which it regards as a sign of growth of the personality.

The High Self receives that signal and focuses awareness upon the aspect of the personality issuing the signal.  It uses its sensitivity to evaluate the degree of suffering and stress in that aspect and may provide immediate or eventual assistance.  It evaluates the value of the pain and suffering in providing motivation for the aspect of the personality that is suffering.

Remember that if you, the Outer Self, feel that your pain or suffering is too intense for you to grow and function, you may ask your High Self to alleviate it.  Your High Self will respond yet act only in your best interests.

Holy Spirit

HELEN: Is the High Self the same as was referred to by Jesus as the “Holy Spirit?”

MONITOR:  It is part of what was referred to as the “Holy Spirit,” yet more is involved in terms of the Spiritual Hierarchy and the spiritual families of individuals, all of whom are dedicated to the improvement of humanity.

 

Constancy of High Self

JUDITH: I’m curious if the same High Self is with us throughout all lifetimes?  Or if turns are taken?  Or do other members of the Spiritual Family step in, on occasion, to that role?

MONITOR:  The High Self remains constant through the evolution of the personality.  When the personality achieves sufficient Spiritual Mastery, the High Self is freed from that responsibility.

JUDITH:       Can a High Self, at any point, say, “I’ve had enough of this person.  Somebody else take it?”

MONITOR:  From the human viewpoint that would seem likely, yet from the viewpoint of the Solar Angel, it is not.

JUDITH:       Okay.  Thank you.

 

Level of Advancement of High Selves

JULIE:          Monitor, we have a question, several questions from a friend of all of ours  in Kansas City who would like to know, “Are all High Selves at the same level of advancement, regardless of the integration of their Inner Selves?”

MONITOR:  No, the Solar Angels acting as High Selves are present in varying degrees of achievement and capability.  We may not easily describe these differences, since they involve aspects of causal and buddhic existence which would have little meaning for those of you in the physical body.  Suffice it to say that each High Self has sufficient awareness, capability and connection with total angelic consciousness that it performs its service quite well.

Some High Selves may have greater capabilities than others.  In such cases, the human personality may appear to exert greater powers of manifestation of blessing.  This would perhaps be the only distinctive physical expression.

 

Evolution of Basic Self to High Self

JULIE:          You’ve said before that a Male Self and a Female Self, who become highly evolved, have an opportunity to become High Selves.  What is the average number of lifetimes it takes before a Male Self and a Female Self can become a High Self?

MONITOR:  At this time, approximately 1700 lifetimes.  The Basic Selves of masculine and feminine energies that unify to create androgynous beings have a choice of becoming a High Self for another evolving personality, or of performing other assignments in the causal and mental planes.  The numbers of such beings are as yet relatively small in the experience of Earth, yet the number will steadily increase.

In terms of percentages, more than 99.9% of physical personalities have High Selves who are Solar Angels.  Only a very minute percentage have High Selves who have evolved from Basic Selves.

 

High Self as Supervisor of Many Personalities

HELEN: You mentioned the fact that a High Self can be the High Self for many personalities.  I find this hard to envision, and wonder if you could give us an image where we could visualize this.

MONITOR:  As you consider a mother caring for a number of children, or a teacher instructing an even larger number of children, you gain the concept that with intelligence and resourcefulness, the experiences for those supervised are organized in ways which permit such a span of supervision.  High Selves have much greater capabilities than physical human beings and thus have no difficulty supervising the details and plans of growth for fifty to one hundred personalities.

HELEN: The picture in the mind is that the star of the High Self, above each head, expanding to all of the others.  Are they in the same locale?  Are they scattered all over the Earth?  Or doesn’t it matter?

MONITOR:  Essentially, it does not matter.  High Selves, as Solar Angels or as evolved Basic Selves, manifest primarily through the causal plane.  Therefore, physical space-time is imposed from the causal plane.  Physical distances make no difference.

MARY: I have a follow-up to Helen’s question.  Does this relationship of sharing a High Self then create a special kind of relatedness, as in classmates or siblings who share a parent or teacher?

MONITOR:  Yes, a similar kinship occurs among different personalities animated by one Soul.  A Soul has such scope that it normally animates a number of personalities and other aspects of nature.  A High Self has a similar scope and thus is suited to interact in a type of check and balance system with the activities of Souls.  The kinship among different personalities may be experienced as a type of rapport distinguished by a sense of harmony and deep trust.

MARY: Thank you, Monitor.

 

Life of a Solar Angel

JUDITH: I’m curious if Solar Angels have a life beyond being our High Selves.

MONITOR: Yes. They continue their own process of growth and evolution. While we characterize them as workers, they perform their tasks with a sense of true interest and devotion as a creative way of expressing Divine Love. They are not limited to the concept of a human drone but are immensely free beings who live in joy.

 

Perceptions through the High Self

SHARRILL: Monitor, through our High Self, then, would we be able in some way to sense different impressions or energies that are within our solar system or in other stars?

MONITOR:  Yes, this represents the most practical way for the Outer Self to gain impressions and knowledge of life beyond Earth, or life beyond the physical plane.  The High Self represents the most reliable pathway to such experiences.

SHARRILL: Thank you.

 

Canceling Negative Thoughts and Actions

JULIE:          How can each of us erase negative thoughts and actions, that we have had from any time in our lifetimes, from the Planetary Consciousness or Universal Consciousness, with the assistance of our High Self, so that these actions and thoughts do not cause harm for any other being?

MONITOR:  Each being in the Universe is required to cancel their actions that cause harm to any other being.  Thus, the Outer Self is often unaware of how their actions, conveyed by thoughts, words and deeds, may harm others.  When the personality has lived a sufficient number of lifetimes to develop awareness, sensitivity and concern about its effect on others, it first encounters the need to assist its Subconscious Selves in canceling their harmful actions of the past and present.  This assistance may best be rendered if the Outer Self enlists the aid of the High Self.

A Subconscious Self may not be aware of what it does to cause harm.  Thus, by having the Outer Self encourage the Subconscious Self to consult the High Self, learning may take place.  The Outer Self comprises approximately one-hundredth of one percent (0.01%) of the total consciousness of the personality.  It, therefore, may do its best to avoid causing harm on its own part, yet it is soon made aware, through karmic consequences, of its need to assist Subconscious Selves.

The learning process involves recognition of those actions which harm, learning better options of behavior, and acting through specific prayer and service to cancel harmful mental, astral and etheric constructs.

Thus each Self in the personality is guided by the High Self to develop awareness, motivation and capability to cancel past and present acts of harm.  Through this process, each Self grows more compassionate and acts more as a channel of Divine Love with an increase in its ability to express Divine Love.  It moves away from isolation which itself creates harm.  The action of Love naturally brings to each Self the awareness and illumination to benefit all of Life.

 

Violence and Victimization as Means for Motivation

JUDITH: We frequently have what we term “evil” in the world, such as the Holocaust in Germany or slaughter in Cambodia or the day-to-day crimes which occur, including crimes against children.  It seems that the people who become involved in such activities are not really in contact with their High Selves.  Does this “evil” represent a mass phenomenon that needs to be brought to the surface, like a boil that erupts and explodes in a way of cleansing?

MONITOR:  Indeed.  The mass action of violence and victimization builds awareness and motivation in many individuals to seek Divine Connection.  Many who are victimized are motivated by their suffering to seek Divine Connection, and thus they actually achieve it.  Even though they may physically die, their gain is not lost but continues in subsequent existence and later lifetimes in the physical plane.  Victimizers often have need to return in the role of victims in order to gain the motivation for spiritual connection.

The “evil” in the world represents the combined forces of ignorance and resistance based on fear of true growth.  As individuals continue their path of growth and establish more stable connection with Divine Consciousness, evil will be erased as a matter of course.

 

Joy at Death with Spiritual Connection

JUDITH: May I do a quick follow-up to this?  The composer, Jon Shore, was talking to me and some other people about a trip he had taken to Kiev, where he went to a place of massacre during World War II.  He said that, standing on the edge of the mass grave where the bodies were thrown, he was overwhelmed with feelings of oppressive grief and heaviness.  Yet when he went down in the place where the bodies were thrown, he felt great joy.  I wonder if this is the sense of the High Selves of the people who were massacred there, if they left an imprint of joy.

MONITOR:  Yes, in part.  Not only the imprint of their High Selves, but of those Subconscious Selves that achieved spiritual connection during their tribulation.

 

Asking High Self to Alert Us to Harm We Cause

JULIE:          Monitor would it be a wise idea, as individuals, to ask our High Selves what we are doing, or have done, that is negative and harmful to others, then communicate with that part of us that causes the harmful acts?

MONITOR:  Yes, this would be most helpful, one of the most helpful steps a personality may take.

 

Progress in Contact with High Self

HELEN: Monitor, would it be appropriate to ask a personal question concerning our High Self?

MONITOR: Yes.  We will entertain two such questions.

HELEN: I would like to have an update, if I can, to ask whether I’m actually receiving a message of a large change coming up in my life.

MONITOR:  Yes.  You have gradually developed rapport with your High Self.  You have been somewhat disconcerted because your Male Self initially acted as the bridge between you, the Outer Self, and the High Self.  By plan, your Male Self was moved out of that role, and your Female Self placed into it.  This disconcerted you, the Outer Self, for some time, yet you are now beginning to gain some confidence in her ability to act as a bridge.  Therefore, we encourage you to continue to work, asking your Female Self to act as the bridge, and continue asking specific questions of your High Self and writing down your questions and its answers.

HELEN: Thank you very much.  That’s very helpful.

LOIS:            Monitor, I would like to ask for a review of my progress in my work with my High Self also, and any suggestions for future work.

MONITOR:  We find that your connection with your High Self is improving.  You still doubt the guidance you receive from your High Self.  In time your doubts will fade through the accumulated evidence of valid guidance.

You utilize, at this time, mainly your Male Self as the bridge.  Therefore, if you wish to formalize your contact with your High Self, you may ask your Male Self to act as the bridge, then ask specific questions and write down specific answers from your High Self.

By working on dream recall, you are gaining experience and competence in expressing the ineffable experiences of dreams in words.  This applies also to expressing the guidance received from your High Self.

LOIS:            Thank you.

 

High Self Method for Helping Others

DONNA JEAN:  Is there a way that we can ask our High Self to enable us, in some way, to help loved ones who are in deep problems?

MONITOR:  Yes, this represents an effective form of prayer.  The method essentially is this:  One person, desiring to aid other persons, may ask their High Self to contact the High Selves of those needing aid.  Then, requesting that each High Self manifest the Golden Light of Grace in the lives of those persons.  This method takes little time for the Outer Self yet offers immense opportunities for advancement.  This type of prayer does not interfere with the karmic learning or the free will of the individuals being aided.

 

Asking High Self for Guidance on a daily basis

DONNA JEAN:  How may we ask the High Self or guidance?  Do we ask it in the same way as we would the Holy Spirit?

MONITOR:  We recommend that the Outer Self daily consult the High Self asking for guidance.  Guidance may be requested with specific questions, such as, “What should be my highest priority today?”  Or it may be more generally focused, in terms of, “What do I need to know for the Highest Good today?”  This practical exercise of communication between the Outer Self and High Self has immense value in our viewpoint.  In this way, the Outer Self grows accustomed to close communication with the High Self.  That communication is no longer glamorized but becomes a matter of a fine working rapport which makes the Outer Self much more effective in daily life.

 

High Selves Immune to Evil

DONNA JEAN:  Are High Selves ever affected by evil spirits?

MONITOR:  No.  The expression of evil in Earth only goes as high as the lower levels of the mental plane.  It does not affect beings on the causal plane (which is the upper level of the mental plane—ed.).  Thus, High Selves and Souls are not affected by evil.

Essentially evil results from ignorance and fear, which is experienced intensely by some individuals who balk at some point in their spiritual path and seek to control themselves and everything around them.  They attempt to freeze their position on the path and therefore become easily filled with illusions (mistaken perceptions of Life—ed.) and glamours (emotional distortions—ed.) that they are omnipotent.  This gives them audacity in attempting to control others.

This process makes evil, and evil doers, a catalytic influence on all others.  As people experience the challenge of evil in their lives, they strengthen their own spiritual connection.  This is a benefit of the evils which plague humanity, such as wars, tyranny and victimization.

 

The Urge to Seek the High Self

DONNA JEAN:  Is there an urge in each individual, since we were created by God, to always seek the High Self?  I ask this question because it seems as if it’s an inherent part of most people.  I want to know where it goes wrong with some people, or even ourselves, at times when we cause harm that we do not truly want.

MONITOR:  As the personality enters the physical plane, it remains infused with the altruism of its Soul.  Yet, in encountering the confusions among human beings, the personality becomes confused and more isolated.  Its isolation comes from its illusions – which are mistaken perceptions of Life – and from its glamours – which are emotional distortions. And thus, the experience of isolation becomes so profound that the individual loses hope and any sense of Life in a state of freedom.  The individual personality constructs its own prison and thus, through its suffering, becomes motivated to break out of its prison.

The great value of Life in Earth lies in the experience that occurs when the personality achieves its nadir of expression and thus becomes highly motivated to seek freedom and Love, which it feels is lost.  That motivation is utilized by the High Self to provide graduated experiences of freedom and Love which, like a trail of breadcrumbs, leads the imprisoned personality out of its imprisonment.

This process develops motivation that proves quite valuable to the Soul animating the personality.  The Soul thus gains from its experience in polarized consciousness (of the lower planes—ed.) and has much more to offer throughout the remainder of its existence.

Each bit of consciousness or Life, which is expressed in the world of form, experiences (the illusion of) isolation and separation, then is motivated to seek connection and unity.  It is assisted to find its way back to the unity of all Life.  No bit of consciousness is lost.

1-Meeting your High Self and establishing a relationship

Such an exercise may be repeated and expanded upon.  Once you have a name by which you may call your High Self, you may ask your High Self to enter your awareness.  You do not have to travel to it, for it will come to you.

To you it may seem as though there is a distance between you and your High Self, but to your High Self no distance exists.  It holds you within its Light.  It protects you, guides you, and provides you with the lessons you need to grow.  And as you grow, you unify with the High Self, you become like it.

Close your eyes, deepen your breathing, and allow your mind to be still.

Sense the Light above your head.  Allow that Light to flow through you.  Feel its radiance and ask the Light what name it wishes to be called. Accept the name given.

If you experience some fear within you, ask the Light to help you quiet the part of you that is fearful.

Breathe more deeply.  Allow that Light to circulate through you.

Sense the Light radiating through you to all who are present (if others are present).

Sense the Light flowing out into the world, bringing illumination to all.

Then, within your mind, give thanks to the Light which is your High Self.  When you are ready, open your eyes.

2-Journaling with the High Self: Answers to your Questions

We suggest, for those who wish further practice, a homework assignment.  We ask you to make a written journal, and each day look at the journal, write the date, and consider what question you wish to ask your High Self.

Write down the question, then breathe more deeply, seek the Light above your head, and call upon your High Self by the name it has given you. (If you were not able to hear a name, continue to refer to it as “High Self” or “Solar Angel” or “Guiding Angel.”)

As you breathe and relax your mind, making your mind the equivalent of a still pool of water, your High Self’s answer will come.

As you receive the answer, write it down as best you can in words.  At times you may gain images, or pictures, or symbols.  Write them down as best you can.

In this process of communication, you may need to ask for clarification of meaning.  Do so and allow their clarification to come.  Pursue all of your questions, just as you have pursued your questions this night.

Each one of you has access to universal knowledge and wisdom, if you seriously seek it.  We encourage you to do so.

3-Asking High Self for Guidance on a daily basis

We recommend that the Outer Self daily consult the High Self asking for guidance.  Guidance may be requested with specific questions, such as,

“What should be my highest priority today?”

“What do I need to know for the Highest Good today?”

This practical exercise of communication between the Outer Self and High Self has immense value in our viewpoint.  In this way, the Outer Self grows accustomed to close communication with the High Self.  That communication is no longer glamorized but becomes a matter of a fine working rapport which makes the Outer Self much more effective in daily life.

 

4-Helping others through the High Self

The method essentially is this:

Ask your High Self to contact the High Selves of those needing aid (it can be one or many individuals).

Now ask that each High Self manifest the Golden Light of Grace in the lives of those persons.

This prayer takes little time for you yet offers immense opportunities for advancement (for you and those you pray for—ed.).

This type of prayer does not interfere with the karmic learning or the free will of the individuals being aided.
